About
Built by people who make things.
Verk comes out of a factory, not an incubator. We run Hypedome, a manufacturing brand selling outdoor living products across Europe, and we built Verk because our own revenue process was falling apart in the ordinary way.
The problem was ours first
Enquiries arrived through ten different channels. The same customer appeared three times under slightly different names. Follow-ups depended on who remembered. Quotes waited for one person. Someone asked a question at eleven at night in German and got an answer on Tuesday.
None of the tools we tried fixed it, because they all assumed a person would sit in the middle doing the typing. So we built the thing that should exist: a small team of agents that answers, records, follows up and books - working from one verified source of knowledge and one customer record, with people approving what matters.
Why home & garden
Because we are in it. We know what a specification question looks like at 9pm, how a showroom visit converts, why a dealer goes quiet, and how long a considered purchase really takes. That knowledge is the reason Verk works out of the box for brands like ours and would need a lot of reshaping for a software company or a law firm. We would rather be genuinely useful to one sector than vaguely useful to all of them.
Who is behind it
Adam Łyczakowski, founder. I run Hypedome and I write most of what you will read on this site - including the posts about things that did not work. Everything published here comes from operating the system, not from watching the category.
Where we are
Based in Poland, working with brands across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Being a manufacturer ourselves means we can usually skip the part of the call where we ask what a lead time is. If you are nearby, we will happily meet in person.
