Customer zero
We are our own worst customer.
Verk was not built as a product and then demonstrated on a fictional company. It was built inside Hypedome, our own manufacturing brand, selling outdoor living products across Europe - because we needed it. It still runs there every day.
What actually runs
-
Enquiries from every channel land in one place
Website forms, front-desk email, live chat, Instagram and Facebook messages, inbound phone calls with transcripts, the 3D configurator, abandoned carts. One customer is one record, even when they arrive three different ways under two spellings of their name.
-
Customers are answered in their own language
English, German, French, Italian, Spanish. The answer comes from verified product knowledge - specifications, snow and wind ratings, delivery terms, assembly - not from a model's imagination.
-
A human approves what matters
Replies are drafted, read and approved. Qualified leads are summarised for whoever picks them up. The parts of the job that need judgement stayed with people, on purpose.
-
The knowledge has one source
Product information lives in one place and every agent reads from it. When something changes, it changes once - rather than in four documents, two inboxes and somebody's memory.
The part most vendors leave out
What went wrong, and what we did about it
Early on, an agent told a customer their 5-metre-wide deck had room for our largest dome "comfortably". It does not - that model is six metres across. The claim contradicted a sizing rule the same agent had stated correctly one message earlier, and a customer could have acted on it.
We caught it in review, corrected the customer, and the failure became a rule: dimensional claims are checked against the specification rather than reasoned about. That is the loop we sell - agents execute, humans review, the system gets tightened. A vendor who tells you their agents never make a mistake is either not looking or not telling you.
On numbers
We would rather publish them late than early.
There are no performance statistics on this page yet. We are running a study of how quickly home & garden brands answer enquiries, and we will publish our own figures alongside it - response times, approval rates, what the agents cost to run.
Until that dataset is long enough to mean something, we would rather show you the system on a call than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
