Every other agent is only as good as what it knows. Kerstin owns that: one verified store of specifications, prices, lead times, warranty terms, planning answers and standard responses, and the job of keeping it true.
What it does
- Holds one verified source of truth: specs, pricing, lead times, terms, FAQs
- Flags contradictions, such as two documents that disagree about the same product
- Spots gaps: questions customers keep asking that nothing in the Vault answers
- Coaches the other agents so they answer from the Vault rather than improvising
- Keeps imported documents in sync when the source changes
What it will not do
- Invent an answer when the Vault is silent. It escalates instead
- Publish anything customer-facing without a human approving the source first
When Kerstin finds a gap, a person fills it once and every agent gets it right from then on.
